What prices do packages start at?

Price range is $75.00-$120.00 per person for food and beverage, $2500-$6500 for an all day rental that includes exclusive use of the mansion, bridal suites, gardens for pictures and a five hour reception not including the ceremony time. Call for more details, details subject to change.

How does catering work?

We have an Executive Chef and a full kitchen crew ready to design your custom menu!

How do decorations work?

Decor can be provided by a vendor or the couple. Please speak with a planning team member for details.

What is the rain plan?

We can host ceremonies inside our Ballroom, on our garden terrace or in our riverside meadow. Our twin parlors can accommodate a smaller and more intimate ceremony. We always have a pivot plan in the event of poor weather and are very flexible since we are able to decide the ceremony location on the day of the wedding.

How does catering work?

Circle D Farm provides all the food and alcohol. The couples can choose their menu selection and bar packages. We can accommodate any dietary restrictions. We have even used family recipes for menu selections in the past.

How do decorations work?

The couple and family can decorate however they prefer, as long as they don't damage anything. Circle D Farm has decorations that can be used at no costs, such as Sheppard hooks, mirrors, vases, table numbers/stands, and other items. The couple gets the day before the event to decorate.

What is the rain plan?

Many options are available as a rain plan. The fireplace as the backdrop, glass doors, or tent can be rented. A separate location for the cocktail hour is available as well!

Wedding Capacity: Our normal Saturday wedding size ranges from 75 – 235. Depending on the couple there is room to expand outside the barn. The large barn has an occupancy of 200 persons at any one time. Our Avant-Garde weddings are Sunday – Thursday. These provide our couples 8 hours on the property for their wedding and reception at a reduced rate. These help couples who’s date may have already been booked or couples hosting smaller weddings.

What prices do packages start at?

Please contact us for details. We are happy to send you a wedding packet with pricing information and what is included.

How does catering work?

We have several caterers that we work closely with and recommend. Our couples have always enjoyed the food and have received great service. You can also bring your own caterer. If you bring your own caterer they must be licensed and insured.

How do decorations work?

Our Saturday couples have Friday to decorate. We ask anything that you put up you remove. Our Avant-Garde weddings decorate the day of the wedding.

What is the rain plan?

The rain plan depends on the size of the wedding. We have a small barn that can hold roughly 90 guests and is very cute. We also have a 30 x 40 tent adjacent to the large barn that can hold roughly 150 guests. In addition to those options,there is a 20’ x 100’ patio off the back of the two barns that can be an option. There is an awning covering 20’ x 70’ off the back of the large barn. Larger weddings (greater than 150) can get married in the large barn.

How does catering work?

The venue is NOT ‘tied’ to other venders - YOU choose your own caterer. If you request, we are happy to provide information about local caterers that have received good reviews from guests at weddings that we have hosted.

How do decorations work?

If you visit our website (springhillmanor.com) you will see that our venue is lavishly decorated with stained glass, original oil paintings, antiques and seasonal floral decorations. Our goal is that our 'decorating budget' will eliminate the need to include any 'decorating expense' in your budget.

What is the rain plan?

The format for most of our weddings is for the Wedding Ceremony to be an outside Garden Ceremony. The Wedding Garden is designed to keep our Brides hidden from the guest (and her betrothed) until she 'makes her entrance' on the granite walkway, perfectly framed, at the entrance, by the leafy umbrella of a weeping cherry tree. We provide the chairs for the Ceremony; I will have arranged the chairs to accommodate your expected guest numbers. Typically, the ceremony is performed atop a small stone wall, which provides a perfect stage for an easy 'line of sight' for all of the guests and your photographer. At the 'wedding rock', the Bridal couple will have their first 'married kiss' inside the frame of our 'Moon Gate', draped in the foliage of wisteria vines. The 'mythology' attached to a 'Moon Gate' is that a marriage performed under a moon gate will last forever. If weather should preclude an outdoor wedding, the Ceremony will be moved indoors, where guests will enjoy the nuptials in an equally elaborate Barn setting, 'dinner theater' style.

How does catering work?

We have a preferred vendor list that is not required but highly recommended. If a couple chooses to use someone off the list, they must be licensed and insured and approved by us first.

How do decorations work?

We have over 7,000 pieces in our rentals. Couples can hire us to do all of the decorating, which includes set up and tear down. Couples can decorate if they wish, but almost every wedding hires us to do it.

What is the rain plan?

Our venue is over 5,000 sq ft inside and we can have the wedding inside if needed. We also have a covered patio that could host a wedding as well if needed.

Our venue is truly one of a kind. My husband, Matt and I, designed and built the barn

ourselves. Every detail was part of our plan. We have poured our hearts and souls into this

venue and we continue to work hard to make every wedding perfect. We have one of a kind

What prices do packages start at?

Pricing is subject to change, please call us for complete details! 2021/2022 Pricing: Micro Weddings start at $600 - $2850 (with catering). Full Wedding rentals go from $2650 to $4350 plus catering priced per person. This includes exclusive use of our Bridal Cottage, Groom Suite, Chapel, Reception Hall, Patio, Grounds and Gardens. Reduced rates available for winter and lunch weddings.

How does catering work?

Milton Ridge offers in house catering. Our executive chef offers a global menu. Couples may bring in their own licensed and insured caterer. (Ask for details).

How do decorations work?

Milton Ridge sets up the venue. The Couple can provide additional decorations, centerpieces and signage or they can use ours. At the end of the venue Milton Ridge takes care of the breakdown, packing up and cleaning. The couples can focus on their guests and then just collect their belongings at the end of the night.

What is the rain plan?

In the event of adverse weather (rain or excessive heat), planned outdoor activities can take place in our climate controlled historic chapel or reception hall.

What prices do packages start at?

Details are subject to change, please call for more information. $95 per person plus 20% service charge and 6.1% sales tax on off peak days (weekdays) and brunches/mornings. $125 plus for weekend evenings

How does catering work?

We are a full service operation, meaning, we provide all food and beverage. We do not allow any outside food or beverage except for a wedding cake if the couple should decide they want to order from a separate bakery. We do offer the cake in our package so there really isn’t a need for it.

How do decorations work?

You are welcome to bring in any licensed professional to add décor to your wedding, ie. Florist, furniture company, lighting specialist, etc. We offer tables, chairs, china, centerpieces, flatware, linens, up lighting as part of your package.

What is the rain plan?

We can host your ceremony in the same space we are going to hold your reception and turn it around in no time so don’t worry.. if it rains and we cannot do an outdoor ceremony, it will be held in one of our beautiful onsite ballrooms.

If you’ve been visualizing a modern barn wedding with rustic country vibes, you must take a tour of Kylan Barn. The owner of this venue, Kyle, has been a photographer for 17 years. With that being said, this venue was created with extensive knowledge of weddings, photographs, landscapes and backgrounds! Located on the Mason Dixon line in Delmar, Maryland, Kylan Barn is a 3,200 square foot all-wood barn in the middle of 30 acres of commercial land. This Old-Amish inspired post and beam barn has a beautiful white washed interior offering a warm, soft light perfect for elegant pictures. The spacious barn isn’t the only thing this venue has to offer. The stunning grounds are beautifully manicured, surrounded by gorgeous luscious green views. Kyle and Doug are striving to create one of the best event venues the Eastern Shore has to offer!

How does catering work?

Couples must choose a caterer from our list as they all offer full service catering. This ensures that the bride and groom’s main focus is on enjoying the day and all of the small details are taken care of! We have a wide variety of price ranges on our list to suit every budget.

How do decorations work?

You bring in your own decor to bring your vision to life! It can be set up yourself, set by an event planning company, or hire our on sight day-of coordinator to help decorate!

What is the rain plan?

We have a few different options, including a half indoor, half outdoor ceremony, and an inclement weather indoor ceremony.
