How does catering work?

We aren’t associated with any particular caterer, so you’re welcome to bring in any licensed caterer of your choosing! We also allow you to bring in your own alcohol and/or choose to hire any bartending service. These options offer you a great deal of flexibility and are easy on your overall budget!


How do decorations work?

You’re welcome to bring in whatever you’d like for decorations, hire any vendors you want (florists, planners, designers, decorators, etc.). We also have a wide selection of decor items you may use for no extra cost including lanterns, LED candles, greenery, florals, table runners, signage, and more! You can decorate The Barn to fit your taste and wedding day theme!


What is the rain plan?

Our 3 sided loft offers the perfect set up for an indoor ceremony on the second level of the Barn!

We are a family owned venue who deeply values the sacrament of marriage. Our goal is to provide a unique all-inclusive venue that is tailored to meet the needs of the bride and groom’s families. We hold Christ in the center of our actions and felt God put a dream in our hearts to design and build a timber frame barn designed to host and celebrate your weddings and events. We wanted to capture the many unique features our Stoney Hills property has to offer: rolling hillside, gentle breezes, picturesque landscapes and scenic views. The Barn at Stoney Hills provides a country rustic feel in an upscale Barn where you and your guests can really relax, enjoy each other’s company, and make many memories during your wedding ceremony and reception. What prices do packages start at?

Our packages are incredibly inclusive, transparent, and include wedding planning assistance throughout the process as well as a full day of coordinating. We offer off peak season discounts! Peak Season Friday packages $3500, Saturday, $4500 and Sunday $3000. Details subject to change, call for details.


How does catering work?

Our in house chef is incredible. It’s guaranteed to be the best food at a wedding you have ever had. All of our food is made from scratch and all menus can be customized! We do plated, family style, buffet, and heavy hors d'oeuvre stations. It's all about you two, and what will make you happy!


You are able to bring in your own beverages, which not only saves money, but we simplify it for you and provide the bartenders, ice, glassware, and insurance, as well as provide you with a liquor provider that will include free delivery, pick up and credit you for any unopened items!

We do not offer onsite catering, but we provide couples with a list of local catering options. We are also happy to allow outside catering is allowed by licensed caterers.


How do decorations work?

D.I.Y. (Decorations are not to be taped, nailed, or otherwise secured to surfaces within the mansion.) Please ask before staking anything throughout the grounds.


What is the rain plan?

The screened-in, covered pavilion building will accommodate around 100 guests. Larger canopy tents may be brought in to accommodate up to 300 guests on the upper grounds or on the lower grounds along the river. The mansion itself can accommodate intimate weddings of up to 75 guests.
