This family-owned-and-operated property is powered by renewable energy and focuses on growing sustainable and organic produce & raising livestock. This countryside setting offers over 100 acres of breathtaking surroundings that can provide a picturesque backdrop for your special day.
The Ceremony

So stunning, so peaceful, so perfect! This is such a beautiful outdoor ceremony setup, and that arbor? Well, we're kind of obsessed! Not to mention the surrounding trees and water in the background... does it get anymore serene and romantic? We think not! Plus, this is just 1 of 3 different outdoor ceremony sites to choose from!
The Reception

An Outdoor Tented Wedding with Beauty & Class
It's clear to us that the team at Historic White Oak Farm know how to setup a gorgeous reception! If you look closely at the photo, you will see they've though of every tiny detail. The chairs are beautiful and unique, the table cloths, the napkins, the dishes... it all goes together so beautifully. We also love the hanging lights!

The Location
Resting just outside Cincinnati, Historic White Oak Farm is a country oasis with the convenience of locale. We have served the greater Cincinnati area, Dayton and Columbus, and love working with out of state couples!
The Queen City has some of the state and country's best attractions, all conveniently accessible from our Farm. We are a short drive to Historic Lebanon, a charming heritage village known for its rich history and well-kept landmarks of the early 1800s. It's here you'll find old museums and buildings, as well as the famous Golden Lamb restaurant.
A 20 minute drive you'll come to Kings Mills, where there is hotel accommodation as well as must-see attractions including Kings Island Theme Park and The Beach Waterpark. Downtown Cincinnati, Sawyer Point and the Riverbank are less than an hour drive, giving you flexibility to see more of the city, including its sites, restaurants, landmarks and museums.

Memorable Features
Historic White Oak Farm has been a working farm since 1803 and offers an array of idyllic outdoor spaces for you to stage your dream wedding celebration. For a beautiful ceremony, there are three waterfront spots to choose from and silos for a unique industrial farm vibe. Alternative ceremony spots include the colorful apple orchard and the towering grove of pine trees, among others.

For a relaxed cocktail hour, your guests can enjoy beverages served from a renovated silo on the property. The silo has been remodeled as a full-service bar to allow for professional beverage service during events held here. For your main reception event, farm tables and chairs can be arranged in the seating plan of choice in the open-air for a true countryside aesthetic.
Alternatively, the venue includes a furnished tent for preferred covered celebrations. A beautiful Bridal Cottage is available as a get-ready space for the wedding parties and can also serve as lodgings for up to eight guests for those wishing to turn their celebration into a wonderful wedding weekend. A newly renovated grooms room provides the perfect rustic and relaxed gathering space for the groomsmen.

We Asked, How Vendors Work?
Our clients are able to hire out vendors of their choice although we do have a recommended vendors list on our website to provide guidance during planning. We do offer the option for guests to bring their own alcohol and we have bartenders on site that can be hired to serve. We do not charge a vendor fee. Day of coordination is included in the venue cost, with a 30 final walkthrough meeting as well as coordinating onsite rehearsals.
