This Little Falls, Minnesota Wedding Venue Is Guaranteed to Make You Swoon!
This venue is perfect for the couple looking to have a Historic Estate Wedding on the Mississippi River!
This timeless venue literally feels like it came straight out of a romantic movie, you know the one where the characters spend a weekend with their families, doing all the wedding festivities in the most gorgeous mansion ever. If you’re looking for a venue that can handle all of your wedding events in one place, you will want to tour the Linden Hill Estate as soon as possible!
This 9-acre estate venue is Minnesota’s most elegant multifaceted destination venue, with breathtaking views as it is beautifully situated along the banks of the Mississippi River. Not one, but TWO 1898-built mansions offer a stunning backdrop to the expansive grounds featuring perennial gardens, historic structures, and mature trees.
The Musser mansion (white) is a perfectly elegant setting for getting ready, preparing and enjoying meals together, lodging overnight guests and much more. Since Linden Hill gives couples the ability to hold all the wedding festivities in one location, it makes for a wedding day (or weekend) to be as memorable and magical as it could possibly be!

You've Got Questions, We've Got Answers!
What prices do packages start at?
$3,499+ peak season
$1,499+ off-peak season
How does catering work?
We do not offer onsite catering, but we provide couples with a list of local catering options. Couples are also welcome to bring in a licensed caterer of their choosing.
How do decorations work?
The sprawling estate and historic mansion lend themselves beautifully as natural décor. The Musser mansion itself is staged with vintage furniture, heirlooms, and artificial floral arrangements appropriate for the season. Table centerpieces and additional décor are welcome to be brought in, or couples may choose to hire a decorator to enhance the beautiful, timeless spaces throughout the estate. We have some local decorators we would love to recommend!
What is the rain plan?
The screened-in, covered pavilion building will accommodate around 100 guests. Larger canopy tents may be brought in to accommodate additional guests on the upper grounds or up to 300 guests on the lower grounds. The mansion itself can accommodate intimate weddings of up to 75 guests.

A Note from the Directors
Hello couples! We are Julia and Angela, directors of the Friends of Linden Hill, a nonprofit organization managing the 9.5-acre Linden Hill Historic Estate. The mission of our nonprofit is to preserve and share the history and spirit of the Musser/Weyerhaeuser estate on the Mississippi River, and by inviting groups to hold their weddings and celebrations on the estate, we are able to share this beautiful place and also raise the necessary funds to keep it well cared for. A large group of volunteers from within our local community and surrounding areas help to keep the estate flourishing by caring for the gardens and grounds, taking on various restoration projects, and organizing the museum (located in the Weyerhaeuser (green) mansion) and collections of original family heirlooms and artifacts left on the estate. We love sharing about the rich history of the estate and the families who once called it home, and we especially love seeing couples and their families come together to create a lifetime of memories. We invite you to check us out and we look forward to welcoming you and your guests to Linden Hill to experience the wedding of your dreams!

A Review from a 2020 Wedding
“Linden Hill is an amazing place to host a wedding. The entire weekend went without a hitch and both Angela and Julia were amazing to work with. If you are stressing over a COVID approved venue, give them a call and set up an appointment to tour. You won't be disappointed!!”
