How does catering work?

We offer top-notch in-house catering. Outside catering is not allowed. During your private consultation, our Chef will help you customize your menu to perfection. We strive for the highest standards of quality and presentation.

How do decorations work?

We have a large inventory of unique and up to date decorations. Our goal is to make it so you don't have to worry about bringing in any additional decor. Our team of experienced Design Specialists will take care of your centerpieces, signs, and additional room decor, at no extra cost. We also have an in-house florist that can make gorgeous fresh or silk floral arrangements to truly customize your event.

What is the rain plan?

When it comes to the ever changing Utah weather, you can always have peace of mind with us when it comes to the "what if's." We have 2 separate buildings plus an outside garden area, which allows flexibility if we need to go to Plan B. If Plan A is to have your ceremony outside and your reception in our Barn, then we would host your ceremony in our Ballroom if the weather doesn't cooperate. We always have a backup plan in our back pockets!

We often get complimented by brides and grooms, as well as wedding vendors, on how wonderful of an experience they had with us. The standards that we hold for ourselves definitely sets us apart from other places. Our number one goal for all our couples is to create an amazing experience from beginning to end. From the first moment you tour with us to the last moment we say our goodbyes as you leave through a tunnel of sparklers, we strive to make sure our clients are taken care of in every way possible. We stay up to date on the latest wedding trends, and we listen to customer feedback and make changes if necessary. Immediately upon booking, every client will love and appreciate the small touches that are not forgotten by Oak Hills Event Staff. You will be paired with an experienced Wedding Coordinator that will guide you step-by-step with the planning, design, and day-of-coordination. You will also have an Event Manager hosting your reception making sure that everything runs smoothly allowing you and your loved ones to truly enjoy your special day.
